Do you need help with Access Services?

City of Wolverhampton Council

The City of Wolverhampton Council is committed to creating an accessible environment for everyone. The Access Service based in the Civic Centre, takes into account the needs of not just disabled people but also mobility impaired, elderly people, parents with children in buggies/prams, visually and hearing impaired individuals and people with mental impairments. Their aim is to improve the quality of life in Wolverhampton for all its citizens.

If you or someone you know are having difficulty accessing or using a building or a service in Wolverhampton such as no level access, stairs without handrails or insufficient toilet provision please contact the Access Officer on the contact details below.

The Access Service can help in a number of ways from development proposals (e.g. planning, building regulation, licensing applications and highway improvements) to providing advice on highway improvements. The RADAR key and Blue Badge Access team also provides advice and information on parking.
