Walking Football

Walking Football is designed to help people especially adults and young people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injuries.

As the name suggests, Walking Football is a slower pace to the normal game. Anyone that sprints, runs or jogs while the ball is in play will be penalised with a free-kick awarded to the other team. The game is also based around minimal contact and low impact tackling.

For more information please do get in touch or refer to the service flyer in the downloads section of this page.

Our sessions are available to all, come and try it out for yourself.
