REACT (Rapid Effective Assistance for Children With Potentially Terminal Illness) is a charity working to improve the quality of life for children with life-limiting illnesses living in financially disadvantaged households throughout the UK.

We provide practical assistance with aids and domestic appliances, holidays, funding towards home nursing care or child care, help with funeral expenses etc.

React will consider requests that are of a basic, essential need and unavailable from any other source. However, requests that do not fall into this bracket may still be considered provided they benefit the child’s quality of life in some way i.e. with specialist equipment, respite care and travel expenses.  Find out here how you can apply for assistance.
