Basketball sessions take place every Wednesday from 5.30pm – 7.00pm. The sessions are aimed at all ages and abilities; in fact everyone is welcome.
No booking required, just turn up at centre reception before lesson and enjoy playing.
Basketball involves a lot of starting and stopping. While not renowned as an aerobic sport, it is still a great workout that can help you:
