The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice on a range of issues including benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer and relationship breakdown.  It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

The service aims:

  • To provide the advice people need for the problems they face
  • To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives

There are three Citizens Advice service in the Wolverhampton area.

  • Wolverhampton City Centre - Snow Hill
  • Bilston
  • Low Hill (This office is temporarily closed)
