Jubilee Community Support Centre was established in 2009 to provide practical, physical and supportive to the local community in the Graiseley, Pennfields and surrounding areas in Wolverhampton.
The Centre's primary project aim is to work with local BME people in Wolverhampton who might experience isolation, loneliness or frailty. Some may be housebound or have reduced mobility. Our staff will work with them to generate new support systems, increase knowledge and training to tackle Life's challenges.
