Get Well Stay Well is a one stop shop of wellbeing options delivering high quality personalised activities with a focus on exercise and diet. The service aims to promote healthy lifestyles and maximise independence whilst developing new skills and confidence.
With many years experience in delivering classes and workshops in local communities for a varied range of abilities; working in partnership with groups, charities and local projects we can offer something suitably tailored to your requirements.
Choose from a menu of exercise activities such as Movement Fitness, Easy Zumba, Circle Dancing in Dementia, Strengthening Exercises and more...all of which can be adapted to suit those taking part.
We also provide nutritional support with small group coaching workshops around healthy eating, or a 1-1 dietary and lifestyle assessment with ongoing support. This is a lifestyle plan, and not a quick fix remedy however but a gradual and steady process to get you back on track with your health regime so that you can live life to the full.
Sessions can be provided to groups in community venues, and to individuals in your own home, or even at a community venue.
We can also offer a range of health and wellbeing awareness sessions and assist with the overall planning of this if you would like to have an event with your group.
