First Stop - Advice for Older People

First Stop are an independent, impartial and free service provided by the national charity 'Elderly Accommodation Counsel' (EAC) in partnership with local and national partner organisations. It provides advice services for older people, their families and carers.

It aims to help you get the help or care you need to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Whether you want to remain living where you are now, or to move to somewhere that suits you better.

  • Service commissioners – to explain what FirstStop can and could offer in your area
