We support adults who require help with nursing and personal care, we also cater for adults who have a physical disability, learning disability and mental health related issues.
Our aim is to ensure that each person who lives here has a person-centred approach to all aspects of their care. We promote independence and support is given where needed. On our residential service all meals are nutritional, and choice is always offered to our residents with cultural and dietary needs taken into account. Each room has an on-suite shower room with a bed and drawers. It is a 24-hour service, so care is always provided if needed. On our supported living floor, we have large rooms with their own lounge/kitchen and bedroom with on-suite wet room. This gives our residents the opportunity to have their own place whilst having someone supporting them where needed.
