Alzheimer's Society Services, Wolverhampton

Alzheimers Society is the UK's leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. The Black Country office covers Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Sandwell.

We provide information and support to people with any form of dementia and their carers through a number of publications the National Dementia Helpline, website and more than 2,000 local services.

Our Services:

Alzheimer's Society provides a range of support services in your area, such as:

  • 3 dementia cafes each month in various areas (see individual dementia cafe pages and attached list for details)
  • 1 Drop-in dementia navigator session per month
  • 2 Dementia Navigators who can offer telephone advice and emotional support.
  • Dementia Friends sessions - Free, one hour sessions to help people gain a basic understanding of dementia. Call to arrange a group session for your work place or community group.
