Joining Forces - Supporting Veterans (Age UK Wolverhampton)

Ours service aims to support older veterans, their famillies and carers to make positive lifestyle changes. We will support them to understand their rights, options, and take steps to achieve their goals.

Who is the service for?

The service is available to veterans born before 1950 (and their famillies or carers), living in Wolverhampton, whether they served in the Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, Merchant Navy, in Regular or Reserve forces and includes National Service.

How we can help?

We will carry out an initial assessment during which we will discuss your needs and personal goals so that we can provide a tailored package of support for you.

For more information about this support service view the Flyer in the Downloads section of this page or get in touch with a member of the team.
