FIT 4 LIFE OVER 50 is an award-winning provider of Motivation and Exercise courses for people of all ages.

We offer a range of courses from Gentle Exercise/ Falls Prevention and Tai Chi to Belly Dance and Bollywood. We run a range of classes for individuals as well as a corporate training centre for professionals in the Health and Social Care Sector.

We provide award-winning training for NHS and Local Housing Associations and councils. We work with organisations such as Age UK, Osteoporosis Society, Sunrise Homes and the Stroke Association.

Regular exercise in the elderly has tremendous benefits. Even though you may slow down in old age and have more aches and pains, if you continue to exercise it can help you to:

  • stay healthier
  • live life to the full

Our structured, award-winning programs improve clients' physical and mental health and well-being as well their independence and ability to carry out everyday activities and falls prevention. Personal 1 on 1 sessions are now available.
