Penn Townswomen's Guild

The aim of the Towns Women's Guild is to encourage the education of woman, to enable them as citizens to make their best contribution towards the common good.  To serve as a common meeting gound for women, irrespective of creed and party by means of guest speakers on many subjects. We also host social evenings. Our meetings are a great place to form new friendships.

The guild meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at Penn United Reform Church, with the exception of August, when we do not meet.

  • Our meetings start at 7.15 pm.

There is no age limit for our group, and also include men at our meetings. We do have an annual membership fee of £30 which gives you a free meeting once a month. social studies evenings are £2, visitors are welcome.

Details
Annual membership subscription for the Guild is £30. The main guild night is free, but the 4th Wednesday night meeting carries a fee of £2, which helps to pay our speakers. Visitors pay £3 per visit.
