Community Support Service

Community Support is a Confidential Advice and Information Service that aims to enable residents that are over the age of 18 to prevent isolation and promote independence and well being

The Community Support Workers based within this team offer a range of Information and advice individually tailored for your needs and also put you in touch with appropriate organisations and sources of support.
