No Panic

No Panic is a totally voluntary charity, whose aims are to aid the relief and rehabilitation of those people suffering from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, related Anxiety Disorders, including Tranquilliser Withdrawal, and to provide support to sufferers and their families and carers.

Severe anxiety and phobic disorders are a major and widespread problem. Recent surveys indicate that they affect up to 18% of the population of the United Kingdom. About 75% of anxiety disorder sufferers do not get professional help of any kind.

Our staff and volunteers offer help and advice on a number of anxiety disorders. Our helpline is at it’s busiest during the first hour of each three hour shift and the during the last hour of operation each day.

The helpline shifts are 10am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm, 4pm to 7pm and 7pm to 10pm.

We can provide treatment and support over the telephone so that all sufferers can be helped. Our website is full of useful information guides, links, details of relaxation techniques, meetings, support programmes and a host of resources that can assist you or someone you care about.
