The Council will reply in 20 working days

The Council will acknowledge your request. The Council will tell you which FOI Officer is dealing with your request.

The Council will give assistance if it can

The Council will provide advice and assistance if you need it. The Council will try to help you to use the procedure.

Exemptions

The Council does not need to release the information if an exemption applies. The Council will give you details of the exemptions relied on. Some of the exemptions will take the Council longer than 20 days to look at so we will give an estimate of when a decision will be made.
