The Wolverhampton Integrated Musculoskeletal Service (WIMS), provides a single point of access assessment and treatment service for adults over the age of 18 who are registered with a GP in Wolverhampton. The service will provide assessment and treatment in the community for orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions and will include pain management, physiotherapy and orthotics.
The service is located in a range of community settings, with the aim being to bring care closer to home, allowing patients to see the most appropriate clinician in an easily accessible location.
