Compton Care is hosting its fifth Colour Blast 5k on Sunday 15th September, at East Park, Wolverhampton
The event will see participants get blasted with an array of coloured powder (made from non-toxic safe corn starch), at various intervals along the route whilst scrambling in, out, up and over five inflatable obstacles – a new element for 2019.
Those taking part in this year’s event are encouraged to dress up in wigs, tutus and brightly coloured clothing to walk, jog and run the 5k around the park.
Event registration opens at 8.30am leaving you plenty of time to sign in before the start of the route at 10.00am. Our registration desks are where you’ll collect your Colour Blast 5K commemorative t-shirt, perfect to wear on the day, your neon sunglasses and your free paint sachet. Remember to bring your runner number, you’ll need this to collect your goodies!
Once the route has been completed, participants are invited to head into the colour blast arena where they are given sachets of powder paint to throw at each other and into the air.
