No Recourse To Public Funds (NRPF) - Immigration & Asylum

The Refugee & Migrant Centre (RMC) is a charity advice organisation with over 19 years of experience in providing high quality immigration advice regulated by the Office of the Immigration services Commissioner (OISC). RMC works closely with people who currently have no recourse to public funds to try to address any underlying immigration issues they may have.

This includes:

  • Assisting clients to request change of conditions from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to allow those with NRPF visa conditions to be given a right to claim public funds
  • Representing those who have no leave to remain in the UK in making human rights applications to the Home Office.
  • Providing guidance to EU nationals in making applications for leave under the EU settlement scheme and provide ongoing advice for EU nationals who are struggling to prove their right to access public funds.

RMC have an immigration solicitor who volunteers one day per week to give advice on complex applications and appeals.

RMC holds drop-in sessions four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) where members of the public can attend and speak to qualified immigration advisers about any issues relating to NRPF.
