Disabled Person’s Free Travel Pass

The English National Concessionary Pass (Disabled Person’s Free Travel Pass) gives disabled people free travel by bus anywhere in England during 'off-peak' times - between 9.30am and 11.00pm Monday to Friday. All day at weekends and on public holidays. 

Additional Benefits for West Midlands Residents

Residents of the West Midlands are also entitled to:

  • Free local train and metro travel during the above times, as well as extended travel beyond off-peak hours.
  • This includes the last service of the day on all buses, trains and metro in the area. For 24-hour services, end of daytime service will be defined as 11:59pm.
