For most people, it isn't easy to quit smoking using willpower alone. Stop smoking aids can help you manage nicotine cravings and other tobacco withdrawal symptoms. There are 3 types: Click on the links to find out more about which one is right for you.

  • Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products, such as patches, inhalers and gum.

Pregnancy and Smoking

Giving up smoking during pregnancy is hard.  Traditional advice is to quit smoking, the earlier the better. Whilst this is still the best advice, if you have tried or don’t want to try but are still worried about the harmful impact of smoking on your baby, you can consider reducing the harm.
