Companionship Care
Providing support with Hobbies and pastimes, Sports and exercise, Outings and Visits, Practical help which may include ,shopping, attending G.P, Dentist, Hospital apointments, Cooking, cleaning, decluttering, caring for a pet, Technology support, setting up on line shopping, email, facebook, Mobile phone etc.

Providing support which may include , washing and dressing, hair washing, medication management, physio, support to live at home independantly and safely.

Complex Care
Caregivers providing Nurse led care, delivering bespoke packages of clinical based support in peoples own homes from a dedicated team of caregivers picked by you, suporting people who have Multiple sclerosis, Huntingdons Disease ,Dementia ,Genetic Disorders ,Motor nurone disese , COPD, Cerabal Palsy, Spinal injury, Brain injury etc.

Our offices are wheelchair accessible and has a person on reception that can announce your arrival and bring you to our office.

JAM Homecare is contactable 24 hours ,7 day a week, 365 days per year.
Session Information
Our office is open 9am to 5pm outside of these hours you can still contact us on the same number then this will be transferred to a JAM staff member who will take your details.

Referral required
Referral Details

At JAM we will take referrals directly from a person or Loved one who thinks they may benefit from one of our services, we also have referrals from the local authority, CCGs, G.Ps, Specialist Hospitals, Rehab Hospitals.

Once we have been contacted at JAM we will talk with you and find out what you would like, we will complete our assessment and give you all the information you need and how it all works, we will allocate you with a key JAM staff member who will guide you through each stage so you are fully aware of what is happeing.

At any point you can make changes, we want to ensure the support you are getting is the right support you need and its really important to us to listen to you and ensure we are doing what you want. We make sure we keep in contact with you once things have been set up, linking you with one of the JAM management team so you can talk to somene at any point if you need to.
