Enable Carers are an organisation that provide domiciliary care for adult service users that have a wide range of needs.
With over 30 years combined experience in nursing and care we have experience in dealing with a wide range of needs and have undertaken many responsibilities.
As a result, we offer flexible, personalised, person-centred care for all of our service users providing care from early hours of the morning to late evenings.
We are fluent in several languages i.e., English, Punjabi, and Hindi. As well as providing day to day care for those that require extra support, we will care for those that require respite, palliative, and end of life care at home.
Having worked in care previously we have a genuine passion for a high standard of care. We believe this entails flexibility, attentiveness and respecting client’s rights to independence, privacy and dignity.
We will enable clients to keep their identities in respect to their religion, culture, race, sexuality and sexual orientation, disabilities, or impairments to list a few.

All service users will be involved in the making of care plans which will be regularly monitored. We value our user’s opinion, and all users will be made aware of the procedures in place to make compliments, comments, and complaints.
