Crisis Point specialises in services that can help you deal with and overcome the emotional pain arising from trauma caused by rape and sexual abuse. We provide two different services to those who have experienced sexual violence; an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) department, and a Psychotherapy/Counselling department.
ISVA's can give support and advice throughout the police reporting process. This involves booking appointments on your behalf, signposting you to relevant agencies, attending interviews with you, and attending court appearances with you. ISVA's not only provide support to the victim, but also to family members and/or partners. Please get in touch to find out more about our ISVA service.
The psychotherapists and counsellors specialise in approaches that will help you understand your issues that may have affected your life and caused pain/stress.This includes Mental Health support.
