Merridale Boxing Club is a local community facility affiliated with England boxing offering boxing personal training and fitness classes.
In addition to Mens Boxing and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) we also host - Women's Zumba and fitness classes as well as sessions for children aged 6 and above.
Our facilities include - Full Boxing rings; Punch Bags; Speed Balls; Changing rooms with Showers and a Club Shop. Personal 1-2-1 training is available and group fitness sessions can be accomodated.
