Old Fallings Playgroup

We are a Playgroup for children aged 2-4 years in the Low Hill/Scotland’s area.

We are Ofsted registered and operate every morning 9am -11.30am term time only. We are a small group of qualified nursery nurses who are also mothers/grandmothers offering session care using the EYFS Framework which is the same curriculum used in nurseries and reception year of school in the UK.

We offer a wide range of experiences and activities for your child to enjoy, all designed to enable their development of skills in communication, physical well-being and personal/social readiness (such as; sharing, socialising, and acceptance of routines/boundaries needed for nursery and beyond).

We observe the children and chart their development in a folder which parents get to view throughout their time here and keep on graduation. We offer a snack mid-morning of toast/fresh fruit & veg with milk/water. We accept children in nappies and at all stages of toilet training. It is our mission to help you and your child reach their goals together. We have an extensive outdoor play area to provide further learning opportunities.

All our staff are DBS cleared and our setting is fully secure and safe. Fees are £9 per morning or free to funded 2-year old's qualifying for the 'Terrific For Twos' entitlement or 3-year old's using their Nursery Education Funding entitlement with us (see Wolverhampton funded places for Early Years online for more details) or accessing the 30 hours.
