Praxis Care is a registered mental health charity operating services across Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man and England. Praxis Care has 40 years' experience in the provision of accommodation, support and respite services to people with mental ill health, learning disability, acquired brain injury, dementia and complex physical and mental health needs. Praxis Care also supports individuals with a forensic background and substance misuse in these individual and group services.
We provide a range of services for people who have complex needs including residential facilities, supported housing accommodation, dispersed intensively supported housing, domiciliary care and floating support. Depending on the type of care and support required we operate 24/7, 365 days per year. We currently provide several Supported Living Services in the Midlands Region for adults who have a learning disability.
