The movements of Tai Chi are gentle, graceful and mystical - and a safe way to relieve arthritis pain and gain balance, strength and flexibility.
No previous experience of Tai Chi is need - these are beginners classes.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Seated Tai Chi can be provided if required.
£5 per class - booking not required.
