We are a specialist support provider for people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Alcohol Abuse and Acquired Brain Injuries. We are passionate about quality and we specialise in supporting people to achieve their full potential. We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we ensure the quality of the care and support we provide is always our priority. We are committed to enabling the people we support to live the lives they want; lives which are fulfilling, meaningful and happy.
The people we support, and their loved ones can be assured that their needs are at the centre of all we do. Whether it’s supporting someone in their own home, to access the community or in our registered supported living accommodation, we provide person-centred support that is flexible, reliable and consistent.
From these above mentioned locations, we provide personal care and support with independent living skills. Most of the people living at the home have previously lived a transient lifestyle and are not necessarily from the local area.
The services are in a residential area in Wolverhampton and arranged over one floor. There are varieties of communal rooms, a sensory/relaxation room and there is ease of access throughout the building. Transport links are good, enabling family and friends from the country to visit their loved ones with ease, which we feel is hugely important.
We also provide children's services from 0-18years
The service is one of the very small numbers of supported living accommodation in the UK which specialises in the care of children and younger adults with complex needs such as Mental health needs, learning disability needs, Challenging behaviours, Autism and Asperger’s syndrome, Alcohol abuse and Acquired brain injury. The people we support can be referred from all over the country, making up a truly, unique and diverse family in a homely atmosphere.
