Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West

Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West is a charity right at the very heart of our local community. We understand the needs of the people who come to us for help, and speak up for them to make things better for everyone in the community, giving them the knowledge, confidence and strength they need to keep going – and find their way forward. We believe nobody should have to face problems alone, which is why our advice is always free.

Everyday people come to us for help, often in crisis with nowhere else to turn. It’s thanks to generous donations we’re able to help even more people get the support they need.

We are working as part of our national service and through this we can access our whole range of specialist services including debt, welfare benefits, legal, housing, employment and energy.

If you need help with a claim for Universal Credit we have a specialist help line, where trained staff will be available to help you. Please call 0800 144 8 444 or visit -

You can contact our Pension Wise service through TPAS who will make you a telephone appointment with one of our specialist guiders. Please call 0800 138 3944.  You can also contact them online via thier website:

Our Victims Gateway service for victims of crime can be contacted on 0330 0881339 Mon-Fri 10 til 3. We are working with a wide range of partners, so if we can’t help we will put you in contact with someone who can. Please visit: Victims Gateway website for more information.

We give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

As an independent charity we work with government, but not for government. These are difficult times for us all, but you can contact us:
