Our vision is to transform the lives of people with a learning disability; disability or mental health condition by providing the best quality housing and support services. We do this to enable them to live the lives they choose, achieve their personal goals, feel valued and know their voices are heard. Together, we transform lives.

Nationally Advance support more than 5,000 people - including disabled people, people with a mental health issue and people with a learning disability - at home, at work or in the community to live the life they choose, however varied or complex. We help them to realise their potential as valued citizens.

Advance offer support with employment skills, training, work placements, supported job searching personal action planning to enable people to reach their full potential. We offer support at settling into a new job supporting the transition process of coming off benefits and applying for other work related benefits. Advance offer support in the work place if someone’s health is being affected due to work related problems or work is affecting their health. They assist people with applying for access to work when needed and mediation support with employers.
