FIT 4 LIFE OVER 50 is an award-winning provider of Motivation and Exercise courses for people of all ages. It was founded by director Tina Lloyd.
We offer a range of courses from Gentle Exercise/ Falls Prevention and Tai Chi to Belly Dance and Bollywood. We run a range of classes for individuals as well as a corporate training centre for professionals in the Health and Social Care Sector.
We provide award-winning training for NHS and Local Housing Associations and councils. We work with organisations such as Age UK, Osteoporosis Society, Sunrise Homes and the Stroke Association.
