We host a face-to-face Dementia 'cafe' that meets once a month, on a Thursday afternoon, at Bantock House Museum.
The groups meeting details are featured in the downloads section of this page.
A Dementia Cafe is a warm and friendly environment, offering support and connection for people living at home with dementia and anyone who lives with them or helps to care for them. We have visits from relevant services, some activities, and a Dementia Adviser on hand if you need any support. Our wonderful volunteers will serve you refreshments and you will have time to chat to others in a similar situation.
Dementia Connect 0333 150 3456 and ask to be referred to an online dementia cafe or other support services in your area.
If you are interested in joining us or have any questions about dementia, then please call our Dementia Connect line on 0333 150 3456, where an adviser will discuss your needs, answer any questions and forward you to local services that might be of help.
