Our Carer Support Groups are regular opportunities for carers to get together for a coffee and a chat, in an informal and supportive environment.
They are a great opportunities to meet new people who understand the difficulty in coping with the effects of brain injury and the changes that this can bring. As well as meeting others there are outings, activities and speakers, which reflect the interests of those who attend.
Carer Support Groups (one at West Park Hospital and one at Dudley) meet once every month. Any carer, family member or friend of survivors of an acquired brain injury are welcome, however any other interested carer will not be turned away! Our door is open.
Pop along to a session and see for yourself.
