Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation who has been providing high quality person centred care for vulnerable adults for 25 years, and established our Learning Disability service in Wolverhampton in 2003. We support a variety of individuals within our service including those with autism and complex care needs.
Currently in Wolverhampton we have a Community Outreach and Supported Living service, where we deliver a wide variety of support to individuals focusing on promoting recovery, wellbeing and greater independence. Our support includes daily living skills such as; shopping, cooking cleaning, budgeting, housing support and transport training. We also support individuals to access meaningful local activities which include sessions that we run in house and education opportunities. We deliver personal care support as well as health eating and life style support.
At Creative Support we understand that no two people are the same, so all of our services are unique just like our service users. Everyone supported by us has a personalised care plan which outlines their goals and how they would like to receive their care. This plan is developed through discussion with the service users; it is frequently reviewed and updated.
Not only are we CQC registered but we are also an “investors in people" organisation which means that provide significant training to ensure a highly skilled competent staff team.
