Listening Books - audiobook lending service

Listening Books is a national UK charity that provides an online and postal audiobook lending service for anyone with a learning or mental health difficulty, illness, or disability, which affects their ability to read or hold books in the usual way.

We have thousands of wonderful fiction and non-fiction titles, including popular authors such as David Walliams, Malorie Blackman, Khaled Hosseini, Agatha Christie and many more. We also have set texts and study guides supporting the National Curriculum from KS2 to A Level and many of our educational titles are recorded in our professional digital studios and aren’t available anywhere else.

Our members can now also have access to audio versions of thousands of newspapers and magazines from around the world, appealing to virtually all tastes. These are all provided at no additional cost to our members

Membership starts from £20 per year, however we can offer FREE MEMBERSHIPS to people living in Wolverhampton, who would find our usual annual fees of between £20 and £45, a barrier to joining.
