Radio Wulfrun

Radio Wulfrun was established in 1983; we are a hospital radio station broadcasting to New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton. The station is run by volunteers who visit patients in the hospital wards collecting requests for the programmes they present. It is funded solely by sponsorship, donations and fundraising efforts from members.

Radio Wulfrun also produces a Patients' Magazine with its partner Smile Publishing. The magazine is free to patients and contains stories from station members as well as information on the station and its members.

If you have some spare time and would like to join us a volunteer please get in touch with our recruitment manager via our contact details or download the form from our website. We are interested in hearing from candidates who display a mature and committed attitude and prospective members, who are retired or semi-retired. No experience is required; training will be given where required. We are especially interested in fundraisers who can assist us.
