Early Years and Childcare Development Officer

Claire Hardiman is the teams Early Years and Childcare Development Officer. She has working within the Early Intervention team for the last seven years. Her role is multi-faceted and encompasses all aspects of childcare and early education, including ensuring there is sufficient childcare within the city, setting up and monitoring projects, such as Terrific for Twos and the new 30 hours’ early education entitlement.

The role also involves supporting schools to provide high quality education that enables children to achieve their full potential.

Previously, Claire worked in the Education sector. She has a Batchelors of Science (BSc) degree.
