Renness Support Service offers a service to adults with learning and physical disabilities. Our commitment is to support the individuals to enable them to experience and participate in their chosen day or evening community activities, holidays and work placements.
We provide a person-centred service that values our service users as individuals with a variety of different needs. Our aim is to inspire and empower the service user to achieve socially and emotionally while also supporting them with their health and wellbeing.
Our support extends to individuals who live independently within their communities with attending appointments, budgeting, shopping and cooking.
