We are a CQC licensed organisation that provides personal care services that positively impact our communities. We aim to provide dignity for the people we care for that require personal care. We ensure zero tolerance of all forms of abuse, by according them with the same respect we would want for ourselves or our family member.
By offering the highest level of personalized service to them, we help support them in maintaining their maximum level of independence, choice, and control. We listen and support our service users in expressing their needs and wants, by ensuring that their privacies are respected, by ensuring that they are able to complain without any fear of retribution.
We engage with their family members and their Carers, by supporting them in maintaining confidence and self-esteem and in alleviating loneliness and isolation.
