Our aim is to ensure that consumers are better informed about the financial issues of later life and can find a fully accredited adviser quickly and easily. SOLLA aim to assist consumers and their families in finding trusted accredited financial advisers who understand financial needs in later life.
SOLLA helps you to find an adviser who is local and can help you explore what would work for you and where they are involved, your family too. The society links those who need advice to an accredited Later Life Adviser who can advise on for e.g.
- Equity release
- Long term care funding
- Pensions and annuities
- Investments and savings
- Tax planning (IHT) etc.
Now more than ever, what is needed is not simply a well qualified financial adviser but somebody who you feel you can rely upon to understand the plans you need to make for your retirement years. Later Life Advisers specialise in the financial needs of older people. You can search for your local advisor through our website.
All SOLLA members must adhere to a Code of Practice.
