Wolverhampton Wellbeing Hub (WWBH) CIC is a charitable group that supports the health, well-being, and self-sufficiency of the Wolverhampton communities. Arcare do this by organising various social events, educational opportunities, and health guidance for adults who might need extra help. One of those factors affecting residents is poor mental health and an ageing, unhealthy population.
We support vulnerable adults and provide advice to our general community. Vulnerable adults with care and support needs will be given priority with the aim of connecting them to health and social care services as well as community based resources.
We also offer an affordable place where other non-profit organisations can come together to connect with the local community and local services. Additionally, WWBH offer an online platform and uses social media to help people in the area find and connect with services like places to stay warm, food banks, support for the homeless, community activities etc.
The Wolverhampton Wellbeing Hub and Arcare Hub are working together to bring our vision of promoting health and wellbeing to the city. They are sharing facilities to make this vision a reality.
