We are a small informal group meeting each week on a Monday evening to practice Buddhist meditation. We are not associated with any particular school of Buddhism and the main purpose is to provide a regular place to meditate and support each other.
Whilst that is our main purpose it is recognised that individuals have differing needs and may wish to practice further by attending retreats within various traditions.
We have provided links to other local groups to suit temperaments and needs.
Non members are welcome.
