Aspiring Futures CIC is a women-led not for profit Community Interest Company. We support women to ‘aspire for better’ by improving their health and well-being, financial inclusion and social connectedness. All of Aspiring Futures’ activities and services are underpinned with improved health and well-being, particularly mental health and well-being.
This includes increased confidence and self-esteem and, in some cases also includes moving on from severe trauma and abuse. We have been awarded ‘Queens Award for Voluntary Service’ in 2016 in recognition of our unique and specialist services.
Counselling/Psychotherapy at Aspiring Futures offers a safe environment to explore your feelings and experiences. We offer 1:1 counselling through self-referral or referral by an organisation.
Before counselling is offered, our IAG officer would make an appointment for 1-2-1 initial IAG and registration.
