Unopened packs of products are owned by The Royal Wolverhampton Trust.

What happens when this equipment is no longer suitable or required?

Upopened products can be collected and returned to the warehouse.

Who can make referrals for assessment for equiment?

GPs and health care professionals.

How is need assessed?

By appointment following referral.

How long will the assessment take and when will be the equipment be provided?

An assessment will take approximately one hour. If a patient is deemed suitable for continence products they will recieve the order within two weeks.

How is equipment provided?

The products can be delivered or collected from Bentley Bridge warehouse by appointment only. This will be discussed during the assessment. A maximum of 3 pads per day are allocated unless their is a documented and proved clinical need.

Is demonstration or training required prior to use?

The application of continence products will be discussed during the assessment.
