Aspiring Futures: Support Groups for Women

Aspiring Futures CIC (Community Interest Company) is a women-led local social enterprise that aims to support women to ‘aspire for better’, through the provision of a range of health and well-being holistic services to enhance quality of life, increase economic and career prospects and improve social inclusion.

Our primary mission is to engage and support women through the delivery of best quality, culturally sensitive services.

Our Support Group are led by participants and are an open access opportunity for women to learn and share their skills in a friendly and welcoming environment. You will improve your health and mental well-being. Some of the topics discussed are anxiety, depression, bereavement etc. We use arts and other activities to engage women in discussion. We also offer digital skills support through these sesssions to equip older women with digital skills.
