I am a qualified nutrition and activity advisor. I provide diet and activity analysis, and motivational guidance for weight management, improved dietary intake and activity levels. My service provides a weekly 1 to 2 hour consultation via phone/video call, plus regular communication by email, text and WhatsApp.
The aim is to provide detailed information, motivation and guidance via an online diet and activity plan, which can be completed in the comfort of your own home.
As this service is provided online, I am available for anyone in any region, (language barrier permitting), who wishes to; improve their diet and increase their activity levels, lose excess weight, and improve their body composition by committing to a diet and exercise plan. The plan is based on a thorough analysis of current diet and activity levels, and following recommended changes, which are realistic and manageable.
These changes being about improvements in the quality of the client’s dietary intake and fitness levels and are a recognised way of improving health and wellbeing. The client is re-educated to bring about an understanding of nutrition, digestion and activity, and encouraged to develop new healthy habits, by making small, realistic and manageable adjustments to their diet and activity, based on my recommendations. This is achieved with continual guidance and motivation from me, aided by several strategies and techniques which are proven to help with maintaining the changes that have been made.
As this is an educational course, the client develops the "tools" to move forward on their own, with a new understanding of the difference between healthy and unhealthy choices.
