Whether it be exercise or food based it will be suitably tailored to your requirements. You can have a one-off session, a regular weekly session or monthly session - the choice is yours.
As an example groups could book a rolling weekly programme of activities which are specific to your group, be that gentle or a bit more lively seated exercise, dance-based exercise, relaxation techniques, strengthening exercises, etc. Depending on the venue it may also be possible to provide healthy eating sessions.
An individual session could have a focus on becoming a little fitter and stronger, and perhaps a 1-1 dietary and lifestyle assessment with ongoing support.
Sessions can be provided to groups in community venues or in residential homes. And to individuals in your own home or other suitable venue.
