National Bullying Helpline

We are a nationally recognised advice centre. Our helpline was founded as early as 2003 and was the very first UK helpline which provided assistance to individuals struggling with bullying issues, whatever the nature of the abuse.

Today, the helpline is unique in that it is the only helpline of its kind, established by qualified employment law professionals, providing operational, timely, support to both adults and children – whether the bullying is in the home, the community, the playground, the workplace or on-line (ie: Cyberbullying).

The National Bullying Helpline website and helpline is run by Volunteers. Please note, we do not get involved in any disputes involving the Police, the NHS or a local Authority.

Schools:
If you think someone is bullying you or you are worried or frightened, tell someone you trust exactly what is happening or call our free children’s helpline on 0300 323 0169. For parents dealing with bullying at school, knowing your child is being bullied is extremely difficult to deal with. The only way to put a stop to bullying is if the parent and teacher work together to find the right solution. We are here to help and offer information and advice to help you communicate with the school and find a way to stop bullying.

Workplace:
Bullying in the workplace can cover a wide variety of topics so if you need more information on any subject related to bullying, please call our confidential helpline on 0845 22 55 787

Please visit our website for more information or contact us.
