McCalla House - Nehemiah Housing

McCalla House is run by Nehemiah Housing Association, it is a retirement scheme for people over the age of 55, offering self-contained flats specifically designed for older people.

The Association provides homes for single people, families, couples and elderly people in Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. As a landlord, we pride ourselves on being accountable and accessible to the communities we serve. As a support and wellbeing provider, we assist people to obtain and maintain tenancies, and make a major contribution in the prevention of homelessness.

Our retirement housing offers a relaxed lifestyle, peace of mind and comfortable living. Customers can enjoy living independently in their own flats whilst also being part of a small, secure community and with the reassurance of a 24-hour alarm service if ever they have an emergency.

There is a Scheme Manager available at McCalla House between Monday to Friday.
